River cruising has never been more popular, so to keep up with demand TUI are building a brand new river cruise ship called TUI Alma.  It will join the rest of the TUI river cruise ship fleet in 2025, which consists of TUI Isla, TUI Skyla, TUI Maya and Al Horeya also arriving in 2025.

TUI Alma River Cruise Ship the Story so Far

TUi river cruises first launched in 2021 with the TUI Isla, TUI Maya, and TUI Skyla and with the Nile river cruise ship the Al Horeya set to launch in the winter of 2024.  It is a very exciting time for TUI river cruises and as with all the TUI river cruise fleet your fare will be on a full board basis meaning all your meals and your drinks at mealtimes are included and just like the rest of the fleet the TUI Alma will be an adults only ship.

TUI Alma River Cruise Ship Facilities

TUI Alma’s top deck will feature a wellness area, a shallow pool and ample space for exercise. There will also be plenty of seats and loungers to relax on as you make your way to your next port of call. You can also enjoy a self service alfresco lunch or a Portuguese inspired Al a carte dinner at Cinder or maybe just a drink as you sail under the stars.
The two other dining venues on board are Sorriso, an ultra modern spacious restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a mixture of Al a carte and buffet options available. Vinha is your full waiter service dinner venue showcasing dishes with local flavours.
Novo lounge is the main bar onboard and is also the home of your night time  entertainment that incorporates local entertainers, live music and interactive quizzes.
The retreat is your final entertainment venue. During the day there is sports equipment and areas for relaxation including yoga. In the evening it transforms into a perfect spot for a pre dinner cocktail or after dinner drink the choice is all yours.

The last space for you to explore is the atrium, this the home of reception, the shore experience desk and the cruise directors desk. This is also a great place to just sit and enjoy a tea or coffee.
