What to Pack for a Virgin Voyages Cruise
Virgin Voyages are the new kids on the block when it comes to cruising and they are doing things very differently. We loved the freedom and the anything goes attitude on the Virgin ships, so you can literally wear what you want. However, they do have some theme nights which you can join in and are described below.
Virgin Voyages Scarlet Night
Scarlet Night is exactly what you would expect and you are encouraged to wear anything red. Whether it is a red shirt, complete outfit, or scarlet dress or if you just want a flash of red with just a tie or handbag that is fine. As you can see from the photo we just wore a red shirt and I wore a red cardigan. But if you don’t want to take part then that’s fine too!
Pjyama Party
Virgin Voyages also have a pyjama party which normally takes place in the Dockhouse. So if you fancy packing your nightwear to party in until the early hours then make sure you do!
Virgin are a fun cruise line, and definitely different from anything else out there. We throughly enjoyed our time on Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady, do visit our Virgin Voyages page to find out what cruising with Virgin Voyages is really like!
